We try to have each job done within 24 hours, but if we need parts that we do not have in stock, it can take longer. If this occurs, we will update you right away with the expected repair time.

Yes, we do offer call-out service.

Yes. We do not charge a diagnostic fee to determine what is wrong with your computer. If we cannot find the problem, we won’t charge you. If you have us fix the problem, then we only charge for the repairs.

Yes, we can replace laptop screens.

Midland IT offer 3 plans. A Gold, Silver, and a Bronze. Pricing is generally based on the number of devices (Servers, PCs, laptops, and other peripheral equipment) or the number of users on the network, and also the SLA Fix Time you would like.

We carry Business Liability, Workman’s Compensation, Errors and Omissions and any other state or federally required insurance that will protect you and your business.
